Hi there, 

I’m excited you’re considering me to be a part of your journey! Before we begin, I want to share with you so-called “Collaboration manifest”.

  1. Recovery is a deeply personal and unique process, and it’s important that you follow the path that resonates most deeply with you.

  2. The ultimate outcome always rests in your hands, but you don’t have to walk this journey alone. I’m here to offer support, share my insights, and walk alongside you. I will help you in discovering your unique path but will never impose any methods or approaches upon you. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.

  3. If you ever feel like we’re not quite the right fit, no hard feelings. I’m more than happy to help you find other avenues that might feel more like ‘you’.

  4. Being realistic helps a lot: as much as we’d like it to be, recovery isn’t a linear or fast process. Challenges and “setbacks” are a natural and expected part of the journey, especially as we start to untangle things like fears. Accepting this fact makes the journey easier.

  5. The “work” requires readiness to look into the fears and face challenges. If, for any reason, diving into the sleep topic feels “too much”, it’s okay to postpone collaboration or choose not to engage at all. Your comfort and readiness are important factors in this process.

  6. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing and supportive space, and you can freely share your thoughts, doubts, and experiences.
